It's a bit harsh to say that you are nuts to want to give "way more" than you are charging for.
The ideal situation is to end up charging EXACTLY what you are worth, nothing more & nothing less.
If you think that over delivery will help your business I suspect you're thinking that by over delivering your current clients will love you more and refer more work to you.
The mistake there is that referral is really limited by the number of people they identify as suffering the same pain as they did when they hired you. The other issue is that the key to more referrals better marketing in general all comes down to differentiating yourself more, so focus on that.
The more you differentiate yourself the better you will realise your value and then be comfortable charging for it - all of it.
So do it that way.
