To start with as a service business you are bound to over give, to keep lowering your price and to keep giving freebees.
Over time as your self worth/seeing the value the occurs in your service you'll know how to charge for it a value that it truly deserves.
This practice is totally normal so do not worry. It seems many many people starting out do that especially when they have gone all in - it's OK.
The trick here is to get some volume through your process (which might be changing) and then as you start to see results / the impact of your business on people and hear how happy they are - your freebee rate will decrease and your pricing will also increase - this is yet another reason to stick to your circle of competence.
