All too often we see our clients fixate on doing or selling a certain thing rather than working first at making the business grow.
The most common thing is the $1,000,000 course when their business revenue is let's say very little. It happens time and time again, normally I would say because of other consultants saying this is how it's done.
Business is done when supply meets demand, so rather than running around town trying to make this product or service fit and find a target market of one in a million the goal is to increase your revenue in the simplest ways possible. Wether a product or a service based business the point is to make money and frankly it doesn't have to be that hard IF you don't hold onto the fact that the product has to be what you think it should it because the answer is the product is really what the customer will buy.
Never, ever forget that.
