Stress is a terrible terrible thing that doesn't do much or any good for the brain.
The way to help people resolve their stress and worries is to help them talk through their problems. Asking the right question and letting them run, letting them find clarity and helping them understand what is going on is super important and such a useful way to help them plan ahead or document their processess and to do lists.
The interesting thing seems to be that their unconcious mind throws up these emotions etc etc but by letting them talk it out we allow these people to understand with their concious mind what is going on.
By providing this certainty and understanding most often the stress disappears.
